Principal Leadership Cohorts*
Cohorts can be created around district needs and can include groups of new
principals, challenging or high-needs buildings (Title 1) – elementary or secondary –
based upon goals for support. Cohort training and discussions are developed around the specific needs of the group. Cohorts provide an effective means for feedback coaching and mentoring while developing experience.

Cost is based upon the proposal, amount of support, time, and needs.
